Pay by card through Stripe at checkout. Enter card details only in the secure payment form; never send them by email or the contact form. A failed or incomplete payment does not confirm an order. Payment status is checked against Stripe before confirmation.
Prices and order totals
Review the selected goods, pack quantities, discounts, delivery and final AUD total before authorising payment. Not registered for GST; no GST is charged. Browsing or selecting an option does not authorise a charge.
Refunds and payment questions
Contact [email protected], the contact form or 0493 017 153 with your Vatborn order reference for payment questions. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days through the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time. Consumer remedies are described in the returns policy.
