Using this website

You may browse the catalogue for personal shopping and collection research. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate someone else or use its content unlawfully. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Physical products and configurations

Listings describe physical prints, not downloadable model files. Prints are supplied unpainted unless an individual listing expressly says otherwise. Material, dimensions, scale, quantity and included parts depend on the selected product configuration; check those details before ordering.

Creator artwork may show digital renders or examples of a finished piece. Display colour and illustrative backgrounds are not a promise of painted goods or additional accessories. These explanations do not excuse supplying a product that fails to match its description.

Prices and availability

Prices and checkout totals are in Australian dollars. Vatborn is not registered for GST; no GST is charged. Check the selected configuration, pack contents, quantities, discounts and delivery charge before paying. Availability and prices may change before an order is placed.

If an error affects an order, we explain it and seek your agreement to a correction or offer cancellation and a refund where appropriate. We do not impose a higher price on an accepted purchase without agreement.

Ordering, payment and confirmation

Review your items, quantities, contact details, Australian delivery address and full total before paying securely through Stripe. The shop confirms payment only after Stripe reports a successful payment. The confirmation screen and email identify your paid order.

Your order is accepted as soon as payment succeeds. The paid confirmation screen and email confirm this acceptance. If Vatborn cannot supply your order, Brett may cancel it and arrange a refund. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

You must be authorised to use the payment method and provide accurate details. Browsing, choosing an option or making an enquiry does not reserve goods or authorise a charge.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

The shipping and returns policies form part of the purchase information. They describe preparation, delivery, tracking, consumer remedies and cancellation requests.

Artist designs and website content

Independent artists retain rights in their designs and artwork. Vatborn credits the sculptor on the relevant product listing. Buying a physical print does not transfer design copyright or grant rights to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the digital model or artwork. Website copy and presentation may also be protected.

Any reference to a game, setting or trademark describes the product or its stated compatibility; it does not claim endorsement or an official affiliation with a game publisher. Check the individual listing for its designer and specifications.

Privacy and communications

We use order and contact details to process purchases, deliver goods and provide support. The privacy policy names the providers and explains essential storage and your choices.

Your rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Australian law governs eligible purchases and website use. These terms do not require you to give up a lawful remedy or use a particular court where applicable law gives you another right.

We may update these terms for future website use or purchases. An update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. The date above identifies this version.
